At BrewLuxe, we do our best to make sure every order is handled smoothly from checkout to delivery. Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 2–3 business days.
That means most orders reach you in about 3–5 business days total, including both processing and shipping time.
When Delays Can Happen
Processing or delivery times may take a little longer in situations like:
- Unverified or incomplete payments
- Incorrect or missing shipping information
- Carrier delays or severe weather
- Holiday or peak-season demand
If there’s any significant delay, we’ll contact you by email right away.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most U.S. addresses. However, we do not ship to:
- International addresses
- APO/FPO (military) addresses
- Certain P.O. Boxes (depending on package size)
We aim to expand our coverage in the future.
Order Cancellation & Returns
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
